We insist that Each product shipped from our factories must be in accordance with the requirement of customers. So we check bulk quality with confirmation sample at every stage of production.

* Procedures/testing Details
Quality inspection procedures as bellow:

1. Technical trial &sample making. Send Product photos or sample to customer to get confirmation.
2. Raw material are checked/tested to make sure it meet all requirements.
3. Conduct specific training to factory QC. Our in factory QC inspect production at every process, the goal is no defect will be passed to next process.
4. Random inspection is performed everyday during production, and of course final inspection before shipment.
